Managing Partner
Over seeing Legal/Compliance, finance & control to implement manager selection and portfolio construction decisions effectively and oversaw on-going management of all relevant portfolios. Continual assessment and evaluation of appropriate equity strategies for use in single- and multi-managed, multi-asset portfolios. The on-going monitoring of relevant portfolios with keen awareness of risk exposure, performance drivers, and market environments.
Forward-looking approach to the active management of multi-managed and multi-asset portfolios; considering managers. Working with all constituents to manage implementation of investment decisions . Communication of investment performance to stakeholders. Representing the Multi Manager solutions team in front of clients and prospects.
Randy’s 20 years of direct and relevant experience, an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of equity strategies, a thorough understanding of portfolio construction and management. His experience with alternative strategies (long-short, market-neutral, total return, commodities) as well as operational due diligence is highly desired hence focus is on that exact talent.
Managing Partner – Commercial Lending
Kevin Greer is the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending for Bank Financial. Kevin is a 25-year veteran mortgage banker and finance specialist. Kevin has closed over $500 million in real estate financing transactions. Kevin is a commercial real estate specialist. In addition, Kevin has been on bank REO committees and REO disposition teams. Kevin’s skills include deal analysis/underwriting, deal structuring, and securing financing. Lastly, Kevin has personally bought and sold several real estate properties over the past 15 years and is currently a multifamily property investor.
Managing Partner
Antoin Anderson is the Managing Partner of Ford Capital Corporation, a
company that offers unique real estate investments to retail investors. With a
background in real estate development, property management, and construction. Anton brings over 20 years of industry experience to his role.
Following in the footsteps of his mentor, Antoin began his career in real estate
by framing houses at the age of 24. He quickly gained experience in construction development and learned the various trades involved. By the time he was 28, Antoin was managing properties and overseeing tenant turnovers, repairs, and unit remodels. Working under top brokers in Chicago and Atlanta, he gained valuable entrepreneurial education about the industry. Anton also received training from a developer/commercial asset manager, serving as his right hand-man in managing and acquiring commercial real estate. As the Principal of Anderson Capital Group, Anton has been responsible for asset management, analysis, buying/selling, and raising capital for real estate opportunities, creating unique investment opportunities for investors.
Sr Accountant
As a dedicated and detailed-oriented accounting and finance professional, Yadira Morales has been in the industry for eight years. She currently works as a Senior Accountant for All ChicagoMaking Homeless History, handling large-volume financial transactions for the City of Chicago. She specializes in preparing partners and payroll vouchers, as well as managing multiple program accounts. She has also trained bookkeepers and accountants in many of her roles. With her careful analytical mind as well as careful computational skills, she can perform precise auditing tasks and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately represented.
Yadira got her start in the accounting industry while she was attending school at DeVry University for her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is currently enrolled for her master’s degree in forensics. And is planning to attain her Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Illinois.
